General Conditions

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
o Minimum age :
- 23 years of age, with 2 years as license holder.
o Driving licence and passport or identity card must be presented at the signing of contract.
o Payment of rental must be made in advance, in cash or by bank card (visa, mastercard and JCB cards) and is not refundable in case of premature interruption of rental. A day of rental is from 0 to 24 hours, and payment for each day started is due in full. There is an obligatory guarantee, by bank card print-out returned upon restitution of vehicle.
The guarantee cannot act as payment for prolongation of rental without the prior consent for our agency.
o The client agrees that he has received it .He is responsible for the vehicle in perfect working order and condition, and must return it in the same state in wich he received it. He is responsible for the vehicle both on and off the road.
o Damage to the vehicle is only covered upon production of an accident report within 24 hours.
o In the case of an accident where the client is the responsible party, the franchise remains due, and towing away and garaging fees are payable by the client.
o Fuel is payable by the client.
o It is forbidden to drive a rented car on an unsufaced road, unless it is four-wheel drive.
Our tariff include :
- Unlimited mileage
- Comprehensive insurance with 5% franchise.
- Cover for driver and passengers.
- Vehicle damage and theft insurance with franchise
Insurance does not include :
- Damage to tyres or underside of chasse
- Theft of personal possessions left in the vehicle
Availability :
- Our choice of automobiles is made up of the models mentioned, however,we may exceptionally be obliged to supply a different model, either of the same or superior category.
- La plaza car has a free, delivery and pick-up service within a 20 Km radivs.
